tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)

This lady had a "classic" abdominoplasty. The skin and the fat below the belly-button are removed. The remaining soft tissues are pulled down to be joined with the skin of the groins and the pubic area. The belly-button is put back in its original position.

The left column shows the situation before the operation, on the right you see the result after three months. The scars are still red. With time, they will become less apparent.
