breast-lift combined with augmentation

A strip of skin was removed around the areolae in order to lift the breasts. Through the same incision an augmentation was performed. Because of the asymmetry, the implants have a different volume. The scar is situated at the border of the areolae. Compare the images: the left column shows the situation before the operation. On the right you see the end result.
