nose correction - rhinoplasty

This lady requested a reduction of the bulbous nose tip. She did not like the clear separation between its left and right cartilage. The nasal dorsum (the bony skeleton) was not changed at all. The tip cartilages were trimmed and approximated to each other.
In the left column you see the situation before the operation. The result after three months is displayed on the right. A gradual refinement of the tip can be expected over a year, as the inner scars mature. The lower image on the right shows the external scar on the lower side of the nose. It has already become almost invisible.
