Frowning wrinkles and crow's feet: muscle weakening

This lady's frown wrinkles and crow's feet were treated with a muscle weakening product. The relaxation of the area in between the eyebrows is most obvious on frowning, but it also diminishes the depth of wrinkles in a relaxed face. Frowning muscles also lower the eyebrows a bit. They are accessory muscles for eyelid closure. Crow's feet are caused directly by contraction of the muscles that close the eyelids. Therefore weakening the tone of these muscles sometimes also opens the eyelids a bit more.

Age category: 45 - 49 years.
