Subcutaneous fat deposits were removed from the abdomen, the waist, the hips, the inner aspect of the thighs and of the knees, and the inferior aspect of the buttocks. Furthermore, the abnormally thick subcutaneous layer of fat over the entire anterior aspect of the thigh was thinned. This is an exceptionally extensive operation, that had a good effect on localised deposits and general thigh volume, at the expense of a few surface irregularities.
The left series shows the situation before the operation. The right column shows the result.
